I hate diets.
But I have to admit that I really need to lose weight. Sometime soon I'll put up a video and you'll see what I mean. Let's just say for round numbers that I have to lose 75 pounds.
This blog will serve as my weight loss journal, to keep me honest.
The last time I lost weight I lost about 30 pounds a couple years ago. I took a supplement that included hoodia and simply lost my appetite, so I know this method works for me. I have managed to keep most of that weight off, but it's time to go back for more.
Jeez, I don't even have a scales any more. Guess if I am going to do this right I need to go out and get one. Last time I didn't bother. I just could tell by what I put on my plate that I was taking in fewer calories. The weigh-ins during the year at regular doctor check-ups served to be my before and after goalposts. I know that my blood pressure and cholesterol dropped significantly, almost in a two pounds for one point of blood pressure and cholesterol the last time. I'd love to see those healthy benefits continue again.
